In CallGuide Report a number of built-in standard reports are included, presenting statistics from various perspectives, for various media and for various areas. From given templates you select what you want to include and the look of the report. You can also easily create your own formulas.

All reports are based on the same statistical basis and the reports can be concluded at daily, weekly or monthly level. Some detailed information is given down to half hour level. Statistical reports can be produced as files in different formats to be distributed via e-mail to one or more recipients, or be stored in an optional folder in your computer or on a file server. All reports can also be scheduled to be generated, distributed, or saved without any further manual handling. There is a log as well, where you can see how the report jobs were processed.
